Culinary Students and Industry Representatives Came Together in "Flavor Conversations"!

In order to contribute to the professional development of our Culinary Program students, our students came together with leading figures of the industry in a special talk named "Lezzet Sohbetleri" organized by the Head of the Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department, Lecturer Muhammed HAYKIR.

The event took place with the participation of Mediterranean Chefs Club and GastroAntalya Board of Directors Chefs and valuable Mixologist guests. Expert guests in their fields shared their career journeys and vast professional experiences with our students, offering them an inspiring perspective.

In the first part of the talk, our chef and mixologist guests shared the challenges they faced on the road to success and the critical information they acquired in a sincere manner. Their career stories created an opportunity for students to learn the dynamics of the industry firsthand.

​The second part of the talk proceeded in a question-and-answer format. All questions asked by our students on topics they were curious about were answered in detail and informatively by the guests. Thanks to this interactive environment, the talk was not only educational for our students but also extremely enjoyable and productive.

​At the end of this special event, which was very productive and motivating, certificates of appreciation were presented to all the valuable chef and mixologist guests who shared their knowledge and experiences with our students.
